Paul Alder on fancied peg 6 Island fished maggot feeder up to the island, alternating with pole and pellet at 10 metres and caught a mixture of commons and mirrors up to 6lb and a large number of newly stocked 6oz F1s.  Ian Wheeldon was close behind fishing pole and pellet in deeper Peg Island 31 with a catch of mainly newly stocked F1s.  As you can see by the top 6 weights, everyone around the pools caught throughout the match resulting in a close match.

All the ice has now gone and we are running as normal.

Ice Melting

The ice is melting quickly with the milder weather. Hopefully, be back to normal for Wednesday’s Open Match. Open for pleasure fishing on Tuesday.
