As you may be aware, the golf course and river frontage have been up for sale for some time as we wish to retire. We have now reached an agreement with the Heart of England Forest, who will be completing the purchase of the site on 31 October 2025. Harvington Golf Course has now closed. We are sorry to inform you that the fishing access will be closed at 4pm on Sunday 2nd November. At present the long-term future of the fishing access is undecided and will be examined as part of the planning process for the whole site. If you wish to submit suggestions regarding fishing access, then please email: estates@heartofenglandforest.org. We are very pleased that the land will be looked after by an environmental charity who will be creating a mixed habitat of woodland, grassland, and wetlands, making the most of the floodplain and existing terrain. You can find out more about the charity and its work here: www.heartofenglandforest.org.
